A web platform intended primarily for companies that perform service and field work. Platform for mobile communication and collaboration of employees, business partners and clients
It consists of five different applications:
- Portal – Centralized access to all other applications; Account personalization,
- Admin Central – Intended for administrators, wide functionality in the domain of adding/deleting users and companies, useful roles and license management;
- Customer Service Management – Complete management of a company's working data. Addition of orders, service plans, capacity and cost planning, classification of basic work assets, interactive monitoring of the order execution process, integration with mobile clients.
- An additional module of Field Service Management, enables the interactive creation of servicing plans in the form of diagrams, definition of work tasks with the possibility of adding instructional documents (image, video, PDF...) as well as adding time frames provided for the execution of the servicing plan,
- Communication module – Active communication between employees in the company in the form of audio/video communication, conference calls, as well as exchange of messages between end users. Call sharing between registered and unregistered users.
