Leadership Workshop Empowers Team Leaders
Novi Sad, May 16th, 2024: On May 15th, ComData doo hosted a successful Leadership Workshop for team leaders held by Vladimir Kelava. The 2x4 hour in-person workshop, conducted entirely in Serbian, provided participants with valuable insights into modern management and leadership practices.
The workshop explored key topics including:
- Management vs. Leadership: Participants learned the crucial difference between managing tasks and leading people.
- Motivation and Engagement: Leaders discovered techniques to understand and address individual motivators within their teams.
- Building High-Performing Teams: Strategies for developing team competence, fostering communication, and creating a healthy feedback culture were discussed.
For a group of 20 ComData's Team Leads and management team, the workshop offered a personalized learning experience.
All participants received comprehensive materials and gained valuable knowledge to become more effective team leaders.
